to you
Based on your goals, I will make up a calculated program for you to follow,
with an informational package for reference.
Personal email to 'check in' with me regarding the plan,
what is working for you, what needs more tweeking, etc.. You are expected
to track your diet and submit it via email once the first week and again
later in the program.
I will send you motivational email messages along with nutrition tips,
advice, etc to help you along.

I will personally assist you at the grocery store, teach you how to use
your time effectively while purchasing nutritious food to use in your
recipes at home!

Personal Training sessions with Nick or Janet - $35 per
hour
Individualized exercise plan
Once a week personal training session – If need more than once per
week, additional training session is $50 per session.
Menu planning and cooking tips - $75 for the hour
Discuss nutritious meals you can prepare for an entire week!
Grocery shopping list for one whole week
Cooking tips and tricks for fast and easy meal preparation
